New Photo Equipment

'Simple Family Life' video to be posted soon using Dave's new videography gear with a slider. This is going to put Dave as the first professional Real Estate Photographer in Alaska to offer videography as an option for marketing a home. Videography is the future for Real Estate marketing and Dave is the first to take the plunge. I am so proud if him and his ability to stay on the cutting edge of technology. Dave M. Davis Photography is finally starting to get some traction. Can't wait to see where this new addition takes us. Thank you Dave for all of your hard work to maintain finances for the family while working diligently at your business. You've worked so hard and I think it's just about to really start paying off.

Dayton's turtle

Sydney brought home a cute homemade turtle from school yesterday made from a glove and egg carton, so Dayton and I decided to make one at home. I wish I was better at doing these kinds of activities with Dayton more often, but I'm glad we got to do it today.

Somebody wants to go outside.

Dave is home a little more now during the day and we all love it. This is Dayton's last year home with us before starting school and he LoVeS to wrestle his dad.

Hair cuts all around

...even for Daemon. I think it tickled.

Made me laugh.

I walked in to get in bed and chuckled when I saw Daemon laying like this. :) Even when he's asleep he's entertaining.

3:16 am

I get uncomfortable in bed and decide to get up to read for a while. Minutes later I hear Daemon squirming back in my bed. I bring him out thinking we'll both be up for a while but Daemon falls right back to sleep in my arms. I hold him and find joy in being the mother of a young baby, even though he's interrupting some wanted 'mommy time'. He's such a sweet and fun little guy. How can I resist feeling warm inside, since after all, he just wants to be where his momma is. :)
