Yes, I'm 6 months out from when I regained some nails after attending
girls camp last year and I've officially chewed them all off. This is
actually the good hand. I think I need some good HARD nail polish to
get me going again since camping outside right now isn't really an
option. I'm an addict who just fell off the wagon. Pink or red nail
polish?

Wedding dress just walked out the door
Yes, I'm not capable of making decisions in a hurry. I had placed my
wedding dress on craig's list for $50 two nights previous. Someone
called, asked if I had it for sale, came over, bought it, anf walked
out the door with my wedding dress curtains. I told her if she
doesn't like it, she can return it any time. It's the only Craigs
list sale where I pointed out every flaw (secretly hoping she'd pass
it up.). Tear, tear.

Trina's Favorite
As we were cleaning out some of our files we came across the disc of photos that had Trina's bridals on it and wanted to share some of them with you. This particular one is Trina's favorite from that night. This was taken in Febuary of 2004 (before, I had ever heard of Strobist) and I was glad to see that I was using off camera flash.
What a beautiful gal isn't she?

Wedding Dress Curtains :-)
Yes, that's right. I'm going to make curtains out of my wedding
dress. I tried to sell it on Craig's list, but I think it's too
modest for most people's taste. :) You know, not enough shoulder or
cleavage, that sort of thing. :) So, since I need curtains in this
style of fabric, and I've used my allowance on paint, I've decided to
make curtains. Let's hope middle school home-ec sewing class sees me
through. :-)

Skipping rocks Alaskan style
It is now 45 above zero and it feels like summer is here. Instead of
ice rinks in our parking lot we now have a pond. Earlier this week
the temperatures FINALLY rose above 0 degrees. Never has 5 above felt
so warm.

Leading primary
Sydney went to primary for the first full time last Sunday. Today she
taught Dayton how to conduct including having someone say the prayer,
the scripture and a song. Sydney taught a full length lesson on
Jesus, reminded Dayton to sit down numerous times and sang many
impromptu songs.

Alaskan Icicles @ 25 Below
Dave and I thought they were cool when they had 1/4" of frost on
them. Now they have up to 3/4". I don't remember seeing this
before. This photo was taken right outside our bedroom window here in
Anchorage, Alaska. In real life they are a much brighter white.

Christmas Portrait
After four years of Trina being married to a guy who loves photography she finally got her wish, a portrait of the two of us. Like I have always said, i like to be BEHIND the camera and not in front of it.
